What's the most efficient way to charge a phone?
The fastest, most efficient way to charge your phone with the MobileQube is with the phone on Airplane Mode. When the phone is in use, the backlit screen and active apps could significantly slow down the recharging. You may also recharge quickly with Qube when your phone is turned off.

Use any standard Micro-USB charging cable you have and plug into the IN port on the Qube. The Qubes are rated for 1A charging input.
How do I turn off my Qube?
You can press and hold the Power button for 2 seconds at anytime and the qube will turn off. If the the Power button is pressed once, and the qube is not actively charging a device, then the qube will turn off after 20 seconds.
Can I use a Qube to charge my iPad or Tablet?
Yes; however, tablets have very large battery packs and, though Qubes will be able to keep your device going for an extended period of time, they will not be able to fully charge those devices.
The Qube is warm while charging in my pocket, is this normal?
Yes. Qubes will be heated slightly when charging and discharging and is part of normal operation.
Can I use my device while it is charging?
Yes. Devices can be used while you charge on-the-go. However, recharging works best when the device is on Airplane Mode or is turned off.
Can I plug in a Qube with a case on my phone?
Qubes operate well with most small “bumper style” cases. Qubes are not compatible with mid to large size case such as an Otterbox or LifeProof cases. There are two options to get a Qube to work with the non-compatible cases:
- A charging cable can be connected from the OUT port on the side of a Qube and connected to your device.
- Remove the case while you are charging up with a Qube.
The Qube is not charging my phone when I plug it in, is it broken?
- Please check the following points to ensure proper operation of your Qube: There is a silver Power button on the front of a Qube. Connect your device to the Qube and press the power button. The green LEDs will light up on the Qube and your device will begin charging.
- Ensure that you have the correct charging tip that is compatible with your device and that it is fully inserted into the charging port.
- If you have a case, check to make sure that it is not inhibiting a full connection with your device. See the note above regarding compatible cases.
